Chef Porta is a certified chef who graduated from the Culinary Institute at Chattahoochee College and the Culinary Business Academy. Prior to launching Chef on Request, Chef Porta apprenticed oversees in Italy and locally at the Indian Hills Country Club in East Cobb. She is a proud member of the American Culinary Federation (ACF) and the United States Personal Chef Association (USPCA). She is also ServSafe-certified in safe food handling and licensed and insured.
Chef Porta has been cooking for family and friends for years from preparing family favorites to elaborate feasts. She continually researches the finest culinary venues in order to stay abreast of the latest culinary trends. She has personally tested each recipe and will not serve it to a client unless it passes the chefs rigorous approval process. |
